Are you up for the challenge? Get ready to sweat in this cross training class. This cardio and interval program will push you to the max on and off the bike. Intense hills and flats, total body exercises, heart thumping music and motivational instruction. The class alternates between 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes off the bike pushing through various full-body exercises. P.X.T. system component.
Metabolic conditioning: High intensity intervals of cardio for power and endurance utilizing sports specific drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettle bells and cardio equipment. P.X.T. system component.
1800 X and 1800 MT
1800 X integrates the best of functional and athletic movements while incorporating progressive equipment such as the battleropes, TRX and Jacob’s Ladder. The class is setup in a circuit, and integrates various bouts of work to rest ratios.
1800 MT is an extension of 1800X. MT stands for Military Training and this bootcamp style class incorporates various cardio and strength stations arranged in a circuit style manner.

This class is an integration of Yoga, Pilates and Barre. We core-consciously flow through full-body sequences to strengthen the mind and body.
A challenging and effective class that hits deep into the core. This class blends the principles of Pilates, Yoga, traditional core work and breath. Stability balls, BOSU, TRX Rip Trainer, Medicine Balls and Bodyweight exercises are used to strengthen from the hips to the pits.
